- Instructions
– Place thumb through the hole with the strap lying across the top of your hand
– Wrap the strap under your wrist and then fasten in place at the desired amount of compression
– Re-adjust as required - Warning
– Do not wear within the first 72 hours following an acute injury
– Do not wear whilst sleeping.
