- Easy to Use:
– Place the Counting/Sequencing Pad on the desk and select an exercise based on the client;s level of number development. As an example, ask the person to represent a particular number by accumulating the marbles in the six columns, e.g. column 1, 1 each, column 3, 2 each, column 6, 5 each for a total of 8. The number of variations using numbers and colors is unlimited.
- Easy Care:
– The vinyl pouch is heat-sealed and can be cleaned with a mild disinfectant. Although the gel is non-toxic, if a tear or rip is observed, the unit should be discarded.
- Caution:
– Although the gel is non-toxic, medical care should be consulted if the gel is ingested. It is also strongly recommended that this item not to be used for persons cognitively under three (3) years old since the marbles may constitute a swallowing/ choking hazard.
