– Requires a reminder not leave the wheelchair or bed without assistance - Note:
– Device sizes to patient weight relationships are approximate
– Another criterion for device size selection may include patient torso size

- Contraindications For Use:
Do not use this device with a patient who:
– Slides down in the wheelchair
– Moves toward the foot of the bed
– Require posture control in the wheelchair
– Has a history of easily removing vest-style or poncho-style restraints
– Is in geri-chair or lounge chair
– This device is intended for wheelchair and bed use only - Laundering:
– This device should not be laundered or dried at temperatures that exceed 180 degree F (82 degree C)
– Do not use bleach
