- Application
– Place patients foot inside the Adjustable Heel-Float. Make certain that the heel is suspended over the air cavity (Illustration A). - – Secure the VelcroR the ankle and toe straps as shown in (illustration A).
– Adjust the foot support straps to accommodate your patients plantar flexion needs (Illustration B).
- Important Instruction
– Remove the Heel-Float every 8 to 12 hours and check for ischemia or discoloration.
- Easy Care/Completely Launderable
– The Adjustable Heel-Float may be washed and dried at temperatures that do not exceed 180OF (82OC). Do not use bleach. Make certain to remove gel pack (Illustration C) and foot support insert (Illustration D) before laundering.
