How to apply Push care Knee Brace?
- Look for the Push Braces “dot system” to help you secure each strap to the proper place, in the correct order
- Simply start with the strap that has one dot on the hook pad at the strap end and secure it to the loop pad on the brace that has a matching dot
- Repeat with the strap that has two dots, and so on, until the brace is secured.
How to Size the Push care Knee Brace?
- Measure around the lower part of your knee
- Note: This measurement is only a guideline. If your measurement is near the size break point, the best way to ensure proper fit is to try on the two closest sizes.
