How to Install Push Bar Soap Dispenser?
Tape Mounting
- Extreme Caution must be exercised to ensure mounting surface is flat, free of imperfections, clean and dry. Tape mounting is recommended only for mirrors or other similar flat surfaces without imperfections.
- Remove protective backing from tape and firmly press dispenser against the mounting surface for 15 seconds. Open cover and press directly on the back plate for an additional 15 seconds. Allow 24 hrs before loading unit.
Screw Mounting
- Recommended for surfaces that do not meet the standards set forth for tape mounting.
- Hold dispenser against wall in desired position. Open cover and mark screw hole locations on wall, ensuring that screw heads will not interfere with release button.
- Use appropriate masonry or wood anchors. Drill hole size of Ft 10 X 1″ self-tapping screws to attach dispenser firmly.
Dispenser Installation
- Open dispenser by pushing up on the release button at the center of the back of the base with your thumb. With the other hand, gently pull the top of the cover away from the wall.
- Take one refill pouch and slide the disc pump and tip into the dispenser.
- Close the dispenser gently.
- Activate the push bar as necessary to prime the pump.
