How to use ARYSE® METFORCE® Wrist Supports?
- Lay support out flat with thumb sleeve pointing up
- Pull over hand, making sure thumb is in the thumb hole of the sleeve
- With the other hand, pull strap around the arm and tighten support to desired comfort level.
- The top strap should wrap around the wrist for support
