How to apply the Abdominal Binder
- Apply in a standing or lying position. Open the binder to its fullest length with the care tag on the outside
- Center the height of the abdominal binder at the navel with the seam centered in the back.
- The hook should be on the right side. Stretch both sides and wrap the sides without the hook around the body first.
- Secure the hook onto the loop portion.
- Support should fit snugly but not too tight.
- Readjust if necessary.
